Thank you, Carolyn. Don't you love how they care about Snoopy being cold? So sweet!

The righteous man cares for his animal! Prov 12:10.

Oh, Carolyn, thank you, and how significant and appropriate your scripture is for this Peanuts comic.

In its entirety Proverbs 12:10, "A righteous man has regard for the life of his animal, But even the compassion of the wicked is cruel." succinctly describes evil people we know. One of the first things we noticed about them was how they treated their animals, a definite Red Flag of danger, one of so many. Unfortunately, we were too spiritually naive at the time to literally run from them.

Thank you again for the scripture.

Jill,

I'm so glad you put the rest of the verse here. You are right - and that is a proven correlation - that evil people treat their animals with cruelty. It is a red flag when you see people intentionally harming animals... they will surely turn to harming people.

I'm glad you're spiritually wiser now and know to run away! Growing in spiritual wisdom is something all Christians have to do. My husband and I have "been there" too, naive, not seeing the dangers in some interactions with certain people. We've had to learn and grow also. Isn't God so good to us that He gives us wisdom and keeps teaching us until we understand it!

Thank you, Carolyn, for your encouragement. Yes, life lessons. The LORD teaches us as we walk with Him. Thankful!
