Your value is above rubies

*
"A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far above rubies."
Proverbs 31:10
*

Who are you, what do you do, what do you look like, and what is your age?

It does't matter.
What matters is if you love the LORD
 with all your might and accept Jesus as your Savior.
*
"If you confess with your mouth
Jesus as Lord,
and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead,
you will be saved;
for with the heart a person believes,
resulting in righteousness,
and with the mouth he confesses,
resulting in salvation."
Romans 10:9-10
*
The world does not hold on to the value of people
unless they are in some profession deemed important
by the world.

I was asked once, "Don't you have a job or something?"
*
"Whatever you do in word or deed,
do all in the name of the Lord Jesus,
giving thanks
through Him to God the Father."
Colossians 3:17
*
 Mothers, homemakers
are not held in high esteem
and may never be again,
but this does not show your value.
Your value as a mother, as a homemaker, as a person
comes from the LORD.

Do not believe the lie
that you are not valuable.
*
"Are not two sparrows sold for a cent?
And yet not one of them
will fall to the ground apart from your Father.

But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

So do not fear;
you are more valuable than many sparrows.
Matthew 10:29-31
*

The LORD knows you and He sees you.
He has not forgotten you.
He holds you in the palm of His mighty hands.

Run to Him.
Draw near to him.
He is your strength and
He is your comfort.
*
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,
who comforts us in all our affliction
so that we will be able to comfort those
who are in any affliction with the comfort
with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance,
so also our comfort is abundant through Christ.

But if we are afflicted,
it is for your comfort and salvation;
or if we are comforted,
it is for your comfort,
which is effective in the patient enduring
of the same sufferings which we also suffer;
and our hope for you is firmly grounded,
knowing that as you are sharers of our sufferings,
so also you are sharers of our comfort."
2 Corinthians 1:3-7
*
Praise the LORD!
