This is my fifth installment
from the prayer card,
Prayers for Prodigals:
These Scripture-based prayers are designed to be prayed for any loved one (a son, daughter, grandchild, the child of a friend, or even a spouse or parent) who has strayed from God into a destructive lifestyle. For the sake of clarity, the prayers are written with a son in mind. Please adapt them to fit your situation.
13. Thank You for offering hope and comfort to my son. Thank You for restoring the years the locusts have eaten and bestowing on my son a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of despair. (Is.57:18; Joel 2:25; Is.61:3)
14. Teach my son that following You is not about following rules. Show him that what You long for is a genuine relationship with him. (Ro.6:14; Jer.9:24; Phil. 3:8,10)
15. Lord, cause my son to grow up in You, maturing into an oak of righteousness for the display of Your splendor. Help him to grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with You and with man. (Eph.4:15; Is.61:3; Lk.2:52)

Have you tried clicking on the photos?
Thank you, "unknown", for your comment. I am sorry to not discover your question until now. \
I agree that these prayers help when crying out to God for long-standing prodigals. It is a fact of life to become "war-worn" as we continue to cry out for our prodigals. Let us never give up!
I think I understand what the issue is concerning seeing the other parts of the"Prayers for Prodigals" card. In each blog post (1-7) I used the front of the card as the illustration, while writing out the prayers for others to read. If you want to see the both sides go to this web site:http://parishbulletin.com/Organizations/21936/Documents/07-Prayer-For-Prodigals.pdf
If you desire to purchase the Prayers for Prodigals" cards, go to this web site:https://www.biblesatcost.com/prayers-for-prodigals-50-pack-cards.html?fee=1&fep=6342&gclid=CjwKCAjwhqXbBRAREiwAucoo-y81SYQ1svnMqMHo5Ve8qETPtPTJzfSDWAmyTcmwH_TThxKf2SADFhoCEqQQAvD_BwE
I hope this helps you. Remember to run to God always-- in all things-- especially when you are in your own agony over waywards. The LORD is our comfort and strength!
Amen.. praying these for my sons
Oh, Anonymous...I am so thankful you have these to use to help you pray for your sons.
I understand your pain, and sorrows. Praising the LORD with you for His lovingkindnesses for us and His understanding of our grief. ~Jill
Can you please post the rest of the prayers? God bless!!
Thank you for asking...I finally had my "computer staff" help me and so here they are:

Several years ago, someone bought some of your cards and put them on a table in the back of the church. I have this one and I actually have sticky notes with all the prodigals that I pray for in my family as well as friends and others. How could I get copies of this in print?
Anonymous :o) You are so kind to think I made these cards. May you be able to find what you need with this info:
It is actually B. J. Reinhard who wrote these.
