Jill, I have a lot of catching up to do in reading your posts. So glad to see how you honor the veterans, your family, and most of all our Lord.
Thank you for keeping on with posts about those wonderful hymns, the sweet story books, thoughtful comics and pictures, your encouragements, and warnings of those things that would be detrimental to our faith. Always tying in Scripture....great!

I have some pictures that are from the same era of time, pictures of family that are treasures from the past. Thank you for sharing!

Oh, Kathryn, how kind you are.

Life has been full of wonderful "ups and horrible downs", but the LORD has met us and carried us from the beginning. We have seen His hand in our lives and we can't help but glorify His Almighty Name!

Yes, family photos of the past are so special. I regret not acquiring more from our families, but the ones I have are a treasure to me.
